Manchester United house some of the world’s most expensive players.
And even though the coronavirus pandemic has seen everyone in the game’s market value plummet, there is still some serious money at Old Trafford.
TransferMarkt lists the value of everyone at Old Trafford, taking into account such things as an individual’s ability, age, form, and transfer history.
According to the website, the market value of United’s most expensive player is a staggering £72million, and there are ten more players worth more than £20million.
Here we look at Man United’s top ten most expensive players and consider the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.

10. Diogo Dalot
Coming in at number 10 is the Portuguese right-back, signed by Jose Mourinho for a cool £19m. Today he’s allegedly worth £16.20million.
9. Scott McTominay / Daniel James
These two United youngsters are both valued at £20.25million. Not bad for an academy graduate and a winger who cost just £17m before the pandemic had any impact on the game.
8. Victor Lindelof
The Red Devils splashed out £31m on the Swede, but according to TransferMarkt he is now worth just £25.20million.
7. Mason Greenwood
Another player who has come through the youth system at United, and is now worth a lot of money. £26.10million, apparently.

6. Aaron Wan-Bissaka
The Red Devils made the defender the most expensive full-back on the planet when they splashed out £50m on him. But his price has since plummeted to £28.80million.
5. David de Gea
He was the world’s best keeper not too long ago, but his stock has fallen in recent seasons. Still, the shot-stopper is worth a cool £36million.
4. Bruno Fernandes / Anthony Martial
The Red Devils splashed out £47m on the Portuguese, and he’s been an absolute revelation. But he’s worth just £43.2million now – the same price as Martial – showing just how hard this pandemic has hit the market.

3. Harry Maguire
The Red Devils parted company with a whopping £80m to sign the centre-back in the summer window, and he’d have likely retained his value had the pandemic not hit. According to TransferMarkt, he’s now worth just £50.40million.
2. Marcus Rashford
It had been looking a bit grim up until this point, what with Maguire and Wan-Bissaka’s market values plummeting. This academy graduate, though, is worth a staggering £57.60million.
1. Paul Pogba
It had to be the World Cup winner in at number one. Still, United paid £89m to sign the Frenchman back in 2016, and today he’s apparently worth £72million.
