CHELSEA have accepted a Real Madrid bid for Eden Hazard of £88.5million plus add-ons.

The Guardian say the two clubs finally agreed a fee after the Blues initially wanted closer to £115m for the Premier League’s top playmaker.

The breakthrough came after days of wrangling over a 28-year-old who has one year left on his Chelsea contract.

Real chief executive Jose Angel Sanchez reportedly flew into London earlier this week for talks over Hazard but left without agreeing a deal.

    ZAPPACOSTA set for Italy return.

Chelsea right-back Davide Zappacosta’s time at the club appears to be coming to an end.

The man signed from Torino for £25m has struggled to break into the team under both Antonio Conte and Maurizio Sarri.

And Roma now appear set to prize him away from the Blues after former Torino sporting director Gianluca Petrachi joined the club earlier this season.

CHELSEA hotshot Daishawn Redan is the latest Premier League starlet being targeted by clubs in the Bundesliga.

The 18-year-old Dutchman is yet to make a first-team appearance since arriving at Stamford Bridge from Ajax in 2017.

But his form the Blues’ youth sides has caught the eye of several German outfits.

And the Daily Mail claim Wolfsburg, Mainz and Schalke are all keen to snap up striker.

They all hope the possibility of senior top-flight action will help tempt him to quit Chelsea – but the West London giants are ready to battle hard to hold onto their ace.

The Bundesliga trio all want Redan, who still has two years remaining on his contract, on a permanent transfer rather than a loan.

But Chelsea have no interests in selling and have their own plans in place for the next stage of his development.

They want to send him out on loan first with the view of the teen either improving enough to warrant a place in the Blues senior squad or increasing his value to sell him at a later date.

Clubs in Germany have been scouring the UK for years on the lookout for cheap talents.

Jadon Sancho has blossomed into a full England international since quitting Manchester City for Dortmund.
