LOS ANGELES — A mature industry supervisor of Stan Lee has been charged with five counts of elder abuse absorbing the late Surprise Comics multi-millionaire.
Los Angeles County prosecutors filed the charges Friday in opposition to 43-one year-ragged Keya Morgan, together with criminal allegations of theft, embezzlement, forgery or fraud in opposition to an elder grownup, and counterfeit imprisonment of an elder grownup.
A warrant has been issued for Morgan’s arrest.
Attorney Alex Kessel says Morgan is no longer guilty, has by no design abused or taken revenue of Lee the least bit, and must detached be exonerated.
