Job Title: Brewing Training Specialist
Location: Rivers – Port Harcourt
Type: Permanent
Work Level: Senior
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Initiate the training and development process
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training
- Work in team
- Prepare for training
- Implement the learning process
Requirements
- Minimum of B.Sc. in Sciences preferably Mechanical or Electrical Electronics
- Basic knowledge of MS Office package and general documentation
- Good communication skills
- Diploma in brewing of Institute of Brewing and Distilling will be an added advantage
- 5-10 years’ experience in a similar role in a FMCG environment
