Your recent song just dropped, Count It All Joy. The song has a very positive religious message layered on a good beat and impressive vocals. What inspired it?
My grateful heart inspired me to write the song. All I have been through: my days of rejections and now people appreciate and love me and my music. That’s why I’m counting it all joy to the glory of God almighty.
Why did you make it the first single from the EP?
I made it the first single because I knew it is the right song for the first quarter of the year. And because I believe in the song to cut across Africa and cut across all religious lifestyles.
What can we expect from this EP? More praise songs like this?
You will hear more wow tunes like reality songs, love songs, inspirational songs and motivational songs as well. Trust me, the EP is bloody, you will love it when you listen to the full EP tracks!

I have grown in different ways; in my writing skills, my stage performance, my song delivery and my vocal ability. Right now it’s so amazing and way better than 2011. I have also improved madly in my looks too (laughs).
Who No Like Better Thing ft. the Jonsers is a ballad added as bonus track on the album. Is it your first ballad?
Yes, it is my first ballad and I believe it came out very good.

Not really but more will come in my next project before the end of this year 2016.
Of the two Bad Girl Special remixes – with Patoranking and then Cynthia Morgan & Seyi Shey, which one is your favourite?
I love both equally because I had the of my favourite artistes on it.
You sketched the cover art of your EP yourself, why?
A lot of people don’t know this part of me. I sketched a lot as a child and it’s still in me, so I just wanted my fans to see another side of me.
Now your EP has dropped, what performances are lined up for your fans to see you live?
So many events within and outside the country. Like the Count it all joy EP interstate tour.
