It was mid day of a lovely Thursday, was quite relieved that I’ve got a faster means of depositing cash to a client’s account a.s.a.p. But it didn’t turn out as expected.
Really i’m not offended but not okay with a lie!
It happened that my cash deposit of 1,000 naira notes was rejected by the deposit machine but one of the notes hung in the machine, visible but could not pull it out because the machine had almost splitted the 1,000 note into two. The security man on ground witnessed it and called their engineer immediately to find a way to get my 1000 note out of the biting deposit machine…
Then it got to the customer service/operations manager, i filled their form after several minutes waiting and told to come back when the engineer has successfully opened the machine to retrieve my 1000 naira note which had been torn by the machine.
Anyways, i returned after some days but this time the operations manager denied the whole occurrence.
I moved on because its just 1k, if it was more than that, please what will you do?
