Four the past three days, residents of Ojo and Badagary local government areas have not slept following a recent letter purportedly written to the residents by the dreaded and ruthless robbery gang called One Million Boys in Lagos State, western Nigeria.

According to some residents, the letter was written to them following the arrest of four members of the gang after their recent operation in the area that left many residents injured, with many losing their valuables to the gang.

In what seemed to be a reprisal attack, the letter reportedly informed the residents of their coming and asked them to keep money for them or be prepared to die.

The threat has leftt the residents in fear and they have resorted to self help by keeping vigil.

When our reporter visited the area on Thursday, some residents, who confirmed the recent attacks and the threat letter sent by the gang, said they are afraid and had to mobilize themselves to be awake all night.

P.M.NEWS gathered that at least 100 members of the gang struck in the night recently.
