Worshippers praying in church
Apostle Johnson Suleman, head preacher at Omega Fire & Miracles Ministries, has alerted the public on the antics of some people he described as “unscrupulous elements” who have been operating Facebook accounts in his name.
Speaking immediately after the church’s annual end-of-the-year mega miracle crusade tagged ‘Operation Jabez’, Suleman, popularly called “Oracle of God”, dissociated himself and ministry from their activities, and warned the public not to buy into the Facebook frauds because he has never operated one personally except the one being run by his ministry’s television arm, Celebration TV, and which does not carry his name.
“I don’t run Facebook as a person. I have never done that. But there is the one being used by OFM’s Celebration TV and it doesn’t carry my name,” Suleman said.
He added: “I understand that people are being duped of huge sums of money. So, if anyone says he is Apostle Johnson Suleman of OFM on Facebook, he is a fraud. No one is asked to run a Facebook account in my name.”
Suleman held his ministry’s annual December 31, 2015 power-packed ‘Crossover Night’ at his Auchi, Edo State church headquaters.
The highly-attended service ran into the early hours of the New Year.
