Grey"s Anatomy Season 12 Episode 2 Recap: Hail to the Chief?

A new Nazi regime got underway on Grey"s Anatomy Season 12 Episode 2.

Hmmm... perhaps we ought to phrase that differently: Miranda Bailey worked her first day as Chief of Surgery on Grey"s Anatomy Season 12 Episode 2. There. That"s better.

Later on - after Bailey charged her team to come up with a super fast treatment for very tall patient who wanted to bring the Internet to Africa - Callie revealed her former nickname to the interns. In front of Ben. Oops!

Meredith then went ahead and referred to Bailey as a "Bond villain."

Once the patient"s deadline arrived, the Amazon women collapsed on top of Wilson, prompting Bailey to to Ben that admit she made a mistake.

This led to an actual pep talk from Webber (along with the gift of his old stethoscope). It served to inspire Bailey, who promised everyone she would do better the next day.

Elsewhere, Kepner was quarantined due to a nasty rash on her back. This caused a slight problem when she wanted to talk to Jackson about their marriage because “the bubble does not travel.”

After getting a clean bill of health, April told Jackson they had vowed to be together for "better or worse" and this was the latter and they were gonna fight about it and guess what?

She was gonna "win."
