EPL LIVE: West Ham 1 – 0 Chelsea

Jose Mourinho’s Chelsea moves across town to West Ham United who have been poor at home all season but have taken three points off Arsenal and Man City.


West Ham do not have recent history in this fixture on their side, with only one win in their last 18 matches against their city rivals. In the last five of these clashes, Chelsea have kept clean sheets.

Meanwhile Real Madrid face Celta De Vigo in a top of the table La Liga clash.
