Summary
In a bid to restructure the operations of the group, the role of a Group Sales Manager has become pertinent in order to harmonize the sales departments under these different subsidiaries so as to meet the Group"s business objectives.
Education and Experience
MBA, a degree in business, marketing or related qualification
Minimum of 7 years experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy
Technical sales skills
Knowledge of market research
Experience in managing and directing a sales team
Relevant product and industry knowledge
Experience with relevant sales software applications e.g sales forecast etc
Experience in the financial lease sector
